Somewhere along the line, it turns out that the Senator has decided that Commander in Chief is a joint responsibility, shared between the President and the Senate.
Should it not be a requirement that, to become a candidate for Congress, one should be able to recite the entire Constitution from memory? I think that would go a long way toward stopping A) the assclowns we get on the hill, and B) the ridiculous attempts to circumvent it that they always try.
